Core material
Ceramic cores deliver even heating and clean flavor across a wide viscosity range, while all-glass-and-metal designs appeal to minimal-contact and premium positioning. Empti ClearCore uses a porous ceramic element tuned for distillate and live-resin blends.
Intake hole sizing

Airflow & draw resistance
Airflow shapes perceived "smoothness." Restrictive draws feel dense and controlled; open draws feel airy and produce larger clouds. Test with your actual oil — viscosity changes effective resistance.
Wattage & battery pairing
