From brief to delivery.
Five steps, with a written quote and an approved proof before anything is produced.
- 01
Pick a product and quantity
Start from any customizable product in the catalog. Each product page lists its custom minimum and order increment, so you know the floor before you ask.
- 02
Send your brief
Tell us how you want it printed, colored, packed, and kitted, and upload artwork if you have it. Anything you do not know yet, we work out together.
- 03
Get a written quote
A specialist comes back with customization pricing, the minimum for your configuration, and a lead time — in writing, so it is reviewable.
- 04
Approve a proof
We review your files against the dieline and send a pre-production proof. Nothing prints until you approve it in writing, and that approval starts the production clock.
- 05
Production and delivery
Custom runs typically ship 4–6 weeks after artwork approval. Reorders run from the same approved files and specs.
Send files that print right the first time.
Every printable product has a dieline template. Design inside the safe zone, export to spec, and we review your files against the dieline before you commit to a run.

CMYK for process print; specify PMS values for spot or brand-critical colors.
Every printable product has a template. Design on the artwork layer and leave the dieline layer untouched.
Direct-to-hardware printing has a different gamut than paper, so request a proof for color-critical brands.

Common questions.
- Can I customize hardware and packaging?
- Yes. Add your logo, colors, and finishes, or co-develop a custom format. Custom minimums and lead times are quoted per product — each product page lists its custom MOQ — and every order includes artwork proofing before production.
- What is the minimum order for a custom run?
- Custom minimums are higher than stock and differ by product. Each product page lists its exact MOQ and order increment, and your quote confirms the minimum for your specific configuration.
- How long does a custom order take?
- Custom orders have a production lead time of approximately 4–6 weeks. The clock starts on written artwork approval, not on order placement. Artwork revisions, missing files, or delayed sign-off extend the timeline.
- Can you hit a firm in-hands date?
- Contact us before placing a custom order if you have a firm in-hands date and we will confirm feasibility. Production slots are capacity-constrained and we cannot guarantee rush timelines after an order is placed.
- Can I return a custom order?
- Custom orders — any product with brand-specific printing, colors, or finishes — are non-returnable except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect. This applies regardless of volume or value.
