    Send your brief

    Tell us how you want it printed, colored, packed, and kitted, and upload artwork if you have it. Anything you do not know yet, we work out together.

  3. 03

    Get a written quote

    A specialist comes back with customization pricing, the minimum for your configuration, and a lead time — in writing, so it is reviewable.

  4. 04

    Approve a proof

    We review your files against the dieline and send a pre-production proof. Nothing prints until you approve it in writing, and that approval starts the production clock.

  5. 05

    Production and delivery

    Custom runs typically ship 4–6 weeks after artwork approval. Reorders run from the same approved files and specs.

Every printable product has a dieline template. Design inside the safe zone, export to spec, and we review your files against the dieline before you commit to a run.

Can you hit a firm in-hands date?
Contact us before placing a custom order if you have a firm in-hands date and we will confirm feasibility. Production slots are capacity-constrained and we cannot guarantee rush timelines after an order is placed.
Can I return a custom order?
Custom orders — any product with brand-specific printing, colors, or finishes — are non-returnable except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect. This applies regardless of volume or value.
