Production timelines have limited flexibility. Contact us before placing a custom order if you have a firm in-hands date and we will confirm feasibility.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Empti ships to the continental United States only — Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international addresses are not supported.

Standard shipping starts at $6.95 and is priced by destination zone — see the rate table on this page. Express is available in every zone. Orders $100 or more ship free on Standard. Pallet freight is quoted separately.

Stock availability is shown on each product page. If a product is backordered, an estimated restock date will be shown where available.

Custom orders

Custom orders — hardware or packaging with brand-specific printing, colors, or finishes — have a production lead time of approximately 4–6 weeks. The clock starts on written artwork approval, not on order placement.

Artwork revisions, missing files, or delayed sign-off extend the production timeline. We send a pre-production proof before committing to print. Approval must be provided in writing before production begins.

If you have a firm in-hands date, contact us before placing your custom order. Production slots are capacity-constrained and we cannot guarantee rush timelines after order placement.
