- Each product page shows the minimum you can buy. Pre-rolled cone towers start at a single unit, mylar bags and glass bottles at 100 units, and child-resistant tubes are sold by the case.
- Do your products meet state packaging regulations?
- We document compliance certifications (CPSC, ASTM D3475) per CR product. Regulatory requirements vary by state; confirm the format meets your market before sale.
- Can I get packaging custom printed with my brand?
- Yes — custom print, color, embossing, and finish options are available with full spec control. Custom minimums are higher than stock and are quoted per format, and we review your files against the dieline and send a pre-production proof before anything prints. Custom runs typically ship about 4–6 weeks after written artwork approval.
- How long does custom printing take?
- Custom packaging has a production lead time of approximately 4–6 weeks, and the clock starts on written artwork approval rather than on order placement. Artwork revisions, missing files, or delayed sign-off extend the timeline. In-stock packaging with no printing ships within 1–2 business days to the continental United States.
- What sizes do mylar bags and exit bags come in?
- Mylar bag sizes run from 1g no-gusset through 1oz, with dimensions listed in each product title and color as a variant option. Child-resistant exit bags are stocked in three sizes: 3.6 × 5.8", 8 × 6", and 12 × 9". Browse the mylar bags and exit bags collections for the current size and color list.
- What sizes and profiles do your pre-roll tubes come in?
- Child-resistant pre-roll tube lengths include 78mm, 90mm, 98mm, 116mm, and 150mm, and the 98mm line also comes in Standard, Extra Wide, and Wide Tapered profiles. Tubes are sold by the wholesale case, so minimums run from 1,000 units depending on the profile. Each product page shows its exact case quantity.
- Do you sell pre-rolled cones in small quantities?
- Yes — cones ship by the tower and you can order a single tower. Sizes are Mini, Small, 1-1/4, and King, and paper is a variant option: Classic White, Natural Brown, and Organic Hemp where stocked. Each product title lists the cone count per tower.
- Can I return packaging if it does not work for my product?
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, so confirm the format and dimensions on the product page before ordering. Manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery are eligible for replacement or credit, and transit damage must be documented with photos and reported within 5 business days. Custom-printed packaging is non-returnable except for a verified manufacturing defect.
